Then replaced the 3rd unit and to keep the guests happy they worked on a holiday weekend until 1:45am to get it done!

“Honesty is the best policy”
On Sunday morning I noticed it was warmer than usual, so I check the AC and the temperature read 82 I knew something was wrong, so I put my had up to one of the vents and only warm air was coming out. I thought it would be impossible to get a company to come out on a weekend much less a holiday weekend. I called a few I heard of but they couldn't make it that day or the service call was more then $150 just to check out the problem. I went on Google reivews and found Pleasant AC reviews and they had a 4.9 rating (impressive) I was nervous trying a company I knew nothing about, but they had great reviews, so I thought I will give a try. Oh, and only $79 service call...WOW!! Well, they deserve the 4.9 rating. The arrived before the scheduled appointment (I was so happy) very professional and honest. My bill was only $79! They waved the $69 drain cleaning charge. This company showed me how to keep the drain clean so I wouldn't have to call them again. How about that! I highly recommend this company. Friendly, Professional, and honest!!!!
